Jami's No Bake Pumpkin Balls

Ingredients


  • 1/2 cup cooked Pumpkin

  • 6 Carrot medallions sliced thinly or grated

  • 3 Cherries (pitted)

  • 1/2 cup Dandelion Greens

  • 1/4 cup Pellet Powder

  • 1/4 cup Almond Meal

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  2. Roll into teaspoon-size balls.

  3. Roll the balls in sesame seeds, and almond meal to coat the outside.​​

  4. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for 12 to 14 days.
