Here is a list of foods that are high in calcium. Make these a staple in your daily chop recipes.

  • Sweet Potato

  • Carrot

  • Butternut Squash

  • Green Beans

  • Broccoli / Broccoli Rabe

  • Kale

  • Collard Greens

  • Oranges

  • Almonds

  • Sesame Seed

  • Chia Seed

  • Poppy Seed
