Ingredient
245g(~2 medium) ripe banana mashed (about 1 cup)
32g (2 tablespoons) creamy natural almond butter
20g (2 tablespoons) chia seed
1g (~1 teaspoon) ground cinnamon
80g (1 cup) old-fashioned oats, ground
24g (¼ cup) almond flour
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set aside
In a medium bowl, combine bananas, nut butter, chia seeds and cinnamon
Stir in oatmeal, ground oats and flour until well combined
Use a tablespoon or small cookie dough scoop to divide up dough and then use your hands to roll into balls; place on prepared baking sheet
Freeze for two hours before placing balls to store in a ziplock bag or Tupperware container
Freeze for up to one month; balls can be enjoyed frozen or at room temperature
